    Please note: deliveries to remote locations (e.g Highlands, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands) will take longer to deliver; usually up to 7 working days.


    DELIVERY TIMESCALES

    We aim to dispatch your order the same day, if your order is received before midday, Monday to Friday.

    All orders are sent via our FREE shipping method to addresses in the UK. This method usually takes 2-5 working days. This is a trackable service and will require a signature. Tracking code sent to your registered email address upon dispatch of your order.


    WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES ?

    Your courier will automatically make three attempts to deliver your parcel, usually on consecutive days, before returning the parcel to the depot to await further instructions. If you have missed the first attempt, they will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date.

    Alternatively the courier will leave your parcel in a 'safe place'. A safe place enables a courier to collect or deliver your parcel even if you're not in. It should be dry and secured from public access but still easily accessible to our courier. Typical examples include a shed, greenhouse or porch.


     CAN I AMEND MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?

    If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed the order, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible on info@engineoildirect.co.uk and they will do all they can to assist with your request. However, please be aware that once your order has been placed, there is only a small window of opportunity for them to complete this request. Please note that Customer Services are open Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm. If your request is received outside of these hours, during weekends or UK designated Bank Holidays, it may not be possible for them to complete your request as our warehouse operate outside of office hours and your goods may have already been packed and despatched.

    If you have entered an incorrect address and the parcel has been delivered and signed for at this address, we will not accept responsibility for the collection of the goods from the incorrect address and we would not be able to refund you or reship the order. If the goods are returned to us from this address we will contact you and advise you of the situation.
